Set up your AI agent for Back4app
Give AI agents a way to deploy to Back4app, follow builds, read logs and manage applications, with no account needed to start.
Install the plugin
npx plugins add back4app/back4app-pluginThe plugin installs the Back4app MCP server and the Web Deployment skill in Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, GitHub Copilot CLI, VS Code, Grok Build, Kimi Code and Antigravity. For Gemini CLI, run gemini extensions install https://github.com/back4app/back4app-plugin.
Then ask your agent, for example: "Deploy this folder to Back4app."

Resource | What it is |

Back4app MCP | The remote MCP server at https://mcp.back4app.com/mcp. Connect it to Claude or any MCP client. |
Back4app MCP tools | Every tool the server exposes, and which ones change your applications. |
Backend MCP | The MCP server for Back4app Backend (Parse database, Cloud Code, Web Hosting). It runs locally with an account key until it joins the Back4app MCP. |
