After connecting a repositoty Back4app Containers will listen to all GitHub events for this specific repositories and will be able to make Automatic Deployments (if you choose to).

Attention points

A repo is only connected with one Back4app account. So if another Back4app user (with GitHub permission to that specific repo) reinstalls the app under his Back4App account, your Container's App will no longer be connected to that repo.
