The Dedicated Plan operates on a fixed resource structure, a cluster with 10 CPUs / 14 GB, processing as many requests as the hardware can handle. However, it's important to emphasize that it doesn't imply unlimited capacity and does not mean it can support any workload, regardless of size and volume.
Are the thresholds on the Dedicated Plan per app or plan?
The thresholds specified on the Dedicated Plan apply to the cluster and not to each individual application. For instance, the total file storage will be 1 TB for all applications, not for each one.
Do you charge per app?

How to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription any time. All you need to do is fill out a cancellation form on your account.
What type of support will I receive?

You can have up to five projects on the free tier.
How do I upgrade / downgrade my plans?
