How does the prompt limit work?

Each prompt represents a command or interaction sent to the Back4app AI Agent. Depending on your plan, you receive a fixed number of prompts per month. Once the monthly limit is reached, additional prompts are not available until you upgrade your plan or your monthly allocation resets.

What happens if I exceed my monthly prompt limit?

If you reach the prompt limit included in your plan, you will need to upgrade to a higher tier to continue using the AI Agent. Alternatively, you can wait until the start of the next billing cycle, when your prompt balance is refreshed.

How does billing work?

Billing follows a monthly cycle starting on the date you activate your plan. Charges are based solely on the plan you select. If you exceed the prompt limit of your current plan, continued usage requires upgrading to a higher-tier plan.

How many agents can I have per plan?

Free plans allow up to 3 AI Agents, while paid plans support up to 50 AI Agents. Each agent consumes prompts independently and is counted separately toward your plan limits.
